Shipping & Returns

     Shipping Method:

Most orders are shipped out express via Australia Post to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. The exceptions to this are items which are extremely bulky such as massgainer/weightgainer protein powders, which will be shipped out via Registered Post. 

Shipping Cost:

We have a flat rate of $10 shipping per order Australia wide! 

Shipping Turnaround:

We aim to maintain the lowest turnaround time possible. Generally speaking, we will endeavour to ship out orders on the next business day after payment has cleared in our Bank account, or in the case of PayPal, the next business day. However, sometimes we are able to ship out orders on the very same date that the order was placed.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping turnaround times are only estimates from the date we ship your order and not the date we receive your order.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, dislike of flavour or any other reasons. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit please contact us and we will sort everything out for you.
