Suggested Use
Take within 30 minutes after training and/or throughout the day between meals as desired. Mix 1 Serving with 200ml cold water or skim milk in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Consume within 30 minutes of mixing.
Formulated supplementary sports food. Not to be used as the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women: Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

This tastes seriously great with milk, tastes unbelievably bad with water though :/
It's a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Fantastic taste, the chocolate isn't too strong but it's just right, good protein and fast absorbing, what else do you need? Awesome customer service too.

This is simply the best WPI protein shake on the market and it tastes ridicuously good! It assisted greatly in my weight loss but more importantly you can almost feels it feeding your muscles post-workout.

Necessary suppliment for beginners

I've been dieting for the past 3 months and i think this stuff has been more beneficial in my weight loss than the fat burner i bought. Fills you up, feeds your muscles, what more is there to be said? This is technically the best WPI i could find, and the vanilla tastes good with water, but better with milk, now to try chocolate!

I use 1 scoop of this with 300ml lite milk and I am not exagerating when I say it is exactly like a chocolate milkshake. I've given tastes to my friends and girlfriend and they all want more! What's more, it's one of the few pure WPI's left on the market - Optimum Whey is a blend and mainly cheapo WPC. You can tell the difference in the way they mix and the 'cleanness' of taste.

After purchasing the spartan WPI, and comparing it to the ON Whey, i can't believe why i did not opt for the spartan first hand. Not only it tastes better, but it can be mixed very easily, in contrast i got the occasional clumps with the ON Whey (as we know, quality protein do not clump). Even though the ON Whey may be worked out to be a bit cheaper than the spartan, i would never change proteins as it is just a simply better all round protein which is well worth for what it is currently priced at.

This protein mixes very easily and has a real milk chocolate taste when mixed with skim milk. Definitely one of the best proteins I've had.

This stuff is one of the protein powders that not only tastes great (pretty much like nesquick) but still has everything you want/need in a quality protein.
